The General Meeting of 16 May 2023 decided to pay a gross dividend of EUR 1.00 per share. The net dividend amounts to EUR 0.70 per share (after deduction of 30% withholding tax).
The dividend is payable on 24 May 2023 (ex-date 22 May – record date 23 May).
